Delaware Futures freshmen took part in a health and wellness seminar at Shop Rite food market. The seminar was lead by Murray Shuler Director of Food management and Diane Pollock Head chef. The seminar centered around healthy food choices and easy to make meals, nutritious, and come in under budget. The students participated in the preparation of the meals and also tasted the final product.
